Slow Flow yoga series starts August 18, 2021

In this 5-week yoga series, we will meet Wednesdays from 7-8 p.m. ET online for a slow flowing yoga practice to keep grounded and flexible. For those who can’t attend a live class, recordings will be available afterwards.

These classes include flowing Vinyasa sequences in a slow, mindful practice suitable to all levels. By moving and breathing in a rhythmic pace, we focus the mind on our body and breath for a stress-relieving practice that helps stretch and strengthen too!
