Non-doing meditation

We introduced the concept of non-doing by taking on some inverted yoga poses and reflected in the meditation on the quality of water, which goes with the flow. Afterwards, reflect on these questions:

  • What are you resisting in life right now?
  • What might happen if you released and allowed it to flow?
  • Which areas of life do you need to contain and which do you need to harness?
